Rachel's Dance for a Cure

Rachel’s Dance for the cure is a non profit organization that raises money for Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Rachel Antorino was an amazing, strong, and inspiring girl from Commack, who suffered from AML for 20 months. She loved to dance, spend time with friends and family, and live life to the fullest. Rachel passed away after fighting this battle, but she will never be forgotten. This organization helps spread awareness of Acute Myeloid Leukemia and helps fund research for this devastating disease. Rachel attended Commack schools and many of her friends are still in BBYO. Our hope is that we can continue to spread her story and allow for more people to keep her memory alive.
Genesis/Samson Stay-Awake-A-Thon 2020
Genesis has a yearly fundraiser for our stand up cause called Stay-Awake-A-Thon where we and our brother chapter, Samson, raise money for Rachel's Dance for The Cure and promote it to the chapter.
